David Soles

Founder and principal

David is an operations leader with more than a decade of experience running property management at a national scale. He has led multi-state regions for a large residential management company, built and coached leadership teams, and guided the integration of acquired companies into one operating standard. His work centers on the fundamentals that make a company run well: the right people in the right roles, clear accountability, dependable processes, and systems the team actually uses. At KSD, David leads the firm’s advising, consulting, fractional leadership, and revenue operations work, bringing that experience to owners who want their business to run and grow without every decision landing on their desk.

Elizabeth Devall

Chief of Staff

Elizabeth is KSD’s chief of staff, with experience that spans compliance and real estate operations. She keeps the firm’s engagements organized and moving: coordinating priorities, tracking commitments, and making sure the details behind each client’s plan are handled the way they were promised. Her compliance background brings a careful, process-minded approach to documentation, standards, and follow-through, and her operations experience means she understands how property management companies work day to day. At KSD, Elizabeth works alongside David and clients to turn plans into completed work.

Jocelyn Castro

President

Jocelyn brings extensive experience in regional operations, people leadership, and revenue operations in the property management space. She has led teams and markets through growth, change, and the day-to-day demands of serving owners and residents, and she understands how the pieces of a management company fit together, from leasing and maintenance to the people who make it all run. At KSD, Jocelyn works alongside our clients and their teams to reach the outcomes they are aiming for: clearer roles, stronger managers, steadier operations, and revenue that reflects the work being done.

Jorge Varela

Operations Manager

Jorge brings extensive experience in the resident side of property management: communication, collections, lease renewals, dispute resolution, and coordination with attorneys when matters escalate. He has led large teams through high-volume, deadline-driven work and is known for building the training and processes that let those teams perform consistently. His focus is on making the day-to-day predictable: clear procedures, well-prepared people, and accounts that stay current. At KSD, Jorge works with client teams to strengthen resident operations, tighten collections and renewals, and put repeatable systems in place.
